1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 96phd ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the 96phd website located at 96phd.club and all related services, games, tools, and features made available through the Platform.
1.2 By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any service on 96phd, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments to these Terms as published from time to time.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The 96phd Platform is intended for use by residents and citizens of the Republic of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 96phd does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 96phd:
2.4 Identity Verification. 96phd reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License) to verify your identity, age, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 96phd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 96phd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances therein, and permanently ban the player without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever any registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 96phd will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify 96phd's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your 96phd account or any rights associated therewith to any third party.
4.1 Currency. All financial transactions on the 96phd Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Where a transaction originates from a source in another currency, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing rate, and any applicable conversion fees will be disclosed.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 96phd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit on the 96phd Platform is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the point of withdrawal request and vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits may also apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 banking business hours. Processing times may be extended for accounts pending identity verification, for large withdrawal amounts subject to AML review, or during periods of scheduled maintenance.
4.5 Own-Name Requirement. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 96phd complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AMLA) regulations. The Platform reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of such reviews.
5.1 General. 96phd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is launched. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and eligible bet sizes will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any applicable time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 96phd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, use of betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 96phd determines to constitute misuse of promotional offers.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Opting in to a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6.1 Game Availability. The games available on the 96phd Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers, including but not limited to PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, SA Gaming, WM Casino, CQ9, and JDB. Each game is subject to the rules of that game as presented within the game interface. 96phd acts as a distributor and is not the game developer or certifier.
6.2 Random Number Generation. Slot games and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by qualified dealers in licensed studio facilities. 96phd does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction that affects the outcome or completion of a game round, 96phd reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. Wins resulting from demonstrable technical errors are not valid and may be reversed.
6.4 Responsible Play. Players are encouraged to set personal limits using the tools available in their account settings. 96phd does not guarantee any winnings and makes no representation that any game will result in a profit for any player.

8.3 Age Verification. 96phd takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be locked pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations.

9.1 All content on the 96phd Platform — including but not limited to the 96phd brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 96phd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 96phd's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96phd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 96phd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 The 96phd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 96phd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 96phd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.
11.1 96phd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority, or if 96phd reasonably believes that your account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
11.2 Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification or AML review.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 96phd's customer support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations you owe to 96phd at the time of closure.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the 96phd Platform, shall first be submitted to 96phd's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days of submission, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process applicable to licensed online gaming operators.
12.3 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.1 96phd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 96phd will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required for regulatory compliance or security reasons.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
